Before your first payout
As soon as a request comes in, we ask you to confirm your identity and link your bank account through Stripe. It takes a few minutes and you only do it once.

No. You fill in your listing first. In the last step you add your name, email address and phone number and confirm with a code we email you. You do not need a password; later you log in with a code too.
Yes. You decide per request whether to accept, so you never rent out something that is already gone.
After the rental: as soon as you confirm the return, or automatically 72 hours after the renter reports the return if you do nothing. Stripe then transfers the amount to your bank account.
You record the condition with photos at pickup and return. If there is damage, you report it in your dashboard. Tooleasing reviews the evidence and can keep the deposit so it goes to you.
No. You can edit your listing or take it offline, as long as no rental is in progress.
